Pricing Policy

All product prices listed are current but subject to change without any advance notice. However, once a purchase is made online, the prices applicable will be the ones in effect at the time of checkout. All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees.

Sales Channels

Nyassa is committed to taking its products to every corner of India and beyond. Hence, we are constantly in the process of opening as many channels as possible to gain a wider reach in our markets.

Online – Customers can order online at www.nyassa.in using a secure online ordering system (see below for the online purchasing process & payment).

Email – Customers can send their orders by email at mail@nyassa.in. The products will be dispatched upon receiving payment confirmation.

Phone – Customers can place orders by telephone (+91 22 26681105) from Monday to Saturday between 9.30 am and 6.30 pm (IST). The products will be dispatched upon receiving payment confirmation.

Stores/Franchises/Dealers – Customers can purchase products at our numerous physical locations. Please refer the Locations page for address details as well as location updates.

Order Changes – Nyassa discourages customers from changing orders. However, under extenuating circumstances, we may make exceptions on a case by case basis. No order will be changed after the products are packed or dispatched.

Online Purchasing & Payment

When placing an order on our website www.nyassa.in, follow the following easy steps:

Value Added Tax – All prices are inclusive of VAT. If there are any other taxes/duties applicable in your state/country, it is your responsibility to pay them.

Out of Stock Items

If your item is out of stock, you shall hear from us within twenty four hours. You then have the choice to order a replacement in place of the out of stock item or cancel your order. Nyassa does not back order, that is, accept orders which we cannot fulfil immediately.

Special Orders & Requests

Sample Requests

Nyassa does not offer free samples. If you want a sample for reviewing before purchasing, you shall be charged a nominal amount for the sample which will be refunded on your next order if made within 30 days. However, your order should be at least Rs. 500 to warrant the refund.

Shipping

We ship products anywhere within India using reputed courier companies with delivery tracking and confirmation. The shipping charges will vary depending upon the total weight of the items you purchase, the destination and the service. This cost will be conveyed to you at the time of placing the order online or by the customer service representative if placing the order by phone or email. Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours after receiving confirmation of payment. If the item is out of stock, we shall notify you immediately with the option of waiting a little longer, obtaining a refund or substituting with another product of similar value.

We can also ship products internationally. It is generally advisable to order products worth at least Rs. 5000 (about USD100) to make your purchase worthwhile since shipping costs (to be paid by the customer) are quite significant. We also suggest that the customer arrange for the order to be picked up by a courier service of their choice. Upon receiving the shipping order, we shall then arrange for a pickup. We strongly suggest using reputed international shipping service providers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS.

Nyassa does not assume any responsibility for the products once picked up from our location. This may include loss, leakage or any other form of damage during transit. We recommend you purchase insurance to mitigate any risk.

We do free delivery to locations within Mumbai for orders above Rs. 500.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order has been placed. When the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email and/or sms. If you do not receive a confirmation email within three business days of placing the order, please Contact Us.

Returns and Exchanges

Nyassa does not offer returns unless the contents do not match the order. In case of an erroneous order, please contact us immediately, and we shall ensure that the correct order gets dispatched at no extra charge to you. Please do not tamper seals or open the products that need to be replaced.

Nyassa does offer exchanges if a product is damaged (only applicable for deliveries within India) without any cost to the customer. Nyassa does a thorough job in packing products before delivery. However, the shipping process can be rough during which the products can get damaged. In case of damaged goods, please decline receipt at the time of delivery. Nyassa will not exchange goods once they are received by the customer. Nyassa will also exchange spoiled goods if they have not been tampered with in any way. Customers are requested to keep their receipts carefully.
